This week is NFP or Natural Family Planning week. NFP, even though it has been in practice for several decades, is still largely misunderstood by traditional medicine, and even less so by the general population, but it is a scientifically based system with an effectiveness rate greater than the use of the pill when practiced consistently. It’s minimally invasive and empowers women with scientific data they can use to advocate for their health. In other words, it works. We're thrilled to welcome back Dr. Naomi Whittaker, a board certified OBGYN fertility surgeon focused on women's restorative reproductive medicine, compassionate healthcare, and education to talk to us about all the benefits associated with Natural Family Planning.
